Bring your Lawn Chairs, Music through out the day, Tents will be up for shade,
Extras include demonstration of Spinning Wheel, make a Wagon Train Doll,
Tatting, History display and Train Rides for Kids

7:00 AM		Flag Raising
7 - 9 AM		Pancake Breakfast prepared by the Myrtle Volunteer Fire Department
8:30-11:30 AM		Washer Pitching (Youth & Adult Categories)
8:00-12:00 PM		NEW!! Casting Competition
8:30 AM		Amateur Photo Contest (call for details)
9:00 AM		Quilt Show - Old Quilts w/ history on Index, New Hand Stitch, New Machine Quilted & Youth. All Quilts must be in before 9:00 AM for judging
10:00 AM		Parade - Line up a 9:00 AM **
11:00 AM		Woods events (Sign-up)
NOON		Lunch prepared by Myrtle VFD
12:00 PM		Old Fashioned Women's Chore Relay
12:30 PM		Community Service Award Poster Contest Winners (Posters are displayed in Community Center) RAFFLES Drawings to be held throughout the day. Several items donated by area merchants

12:45 PM		Kid Games
1:00 PM		BBQ Baby-back Rib Eating Contest (Sign up at T-Shirt Stand)
1:30 PM		Pedal Tractor pulling Contest (ages 3-8) Kids Gone Fishin' Game

3:00 PM		Catch a Pig Contest

Times may vary according to the number of participants,
each event will occur in this order.

** an Important part of the day will include the parade.
Line up will begin at 9:00 AM on the west end of Myrtle, signs will be posted.

The parade will begin at 10:00 AM and proceed through Myrtle, and end at the Myrtle Quick Stop. We would like to encourage your family, group, church or organization to participate in our parade. Horse/rider category will be judged in lineup at 9:30 AM. Negative coggins required on all horses.
