1. The use of the system is a privilege which may be revoked by ORTRACKM at any time for abusive conduct. Such conduct would include, but not be limited to:

the placing of unlawful information on the system

the use of obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable language in either public or private messages

violation of this agreement.

Tampering or altering any other computer software or computer hardware on any system other than your own will result in the immediate termination of your ORTRACKM access.

2. ORTRACKM reserves the right to review any material stored in files or programs to which ORTRACKM users have access and will edit or remove any material which ORTRACKM, in its sole discretion, believes may be unlawful, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Payments are to be received in the ORTRACKM office by the 10th of the month. User fees are as follows: Setup free , sign up (1st - 15th) $20, sign up (16th or after) $10, with monthly fee thereafter of $20. A reconnect fee of $20 will be charged. All returned checks will be replaced on a cash basis only.

4. ORTRACKM does not warrant or represent that ORTRACKM will meet any specific requirements you may have, or that it will be error free or uninterrupted; ORTRACKM shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of data, information, or profits) sustained or incurred in connection with the use of, operation of, or inability to use ORTRACKM.

5. The undersigned will abide by all rules and regulations of ORTRACKM as may be enacted from time to time by the ORTRACKM Board.

6. ORTRACKM is a publicly funded organization, thereby all commercial advertising is prohibited. Individuals corporations, institutions or other entities, may not state goods, services, prices, content, billing, contractual agreements or sales events on the ORTRACKM system. Non-profit (501C3) organizations or those having a tax exempt status may post public information or announcements on ORTRACKM.

7. The undersigned agrees to indemnify ORTRACKM for any loss suffered to them by reason of improper use of ORTRACKM or the Internet by the user; and the user further agrees to compensate anyone harmed by the user's abusive use of ORTRACKM.

8. Misuse or abuse of ORTRACKM'S Internet services will result in suspension of ORTRACKM privileges as well as possible legal action. Examples of illegal or unethical purposes include, but are not limited to:

Harassing other users

Slandering other users

Destroying, damaging or altering equipment, software, or data belonging to others

Sending, receiving or displaying texts or graphics which may be reasonably construed as obscene

Gaining unauthorized access to resources or entities

Unauthorized copying of copyright protected materials

9. The user understands and agrees that no professional relationship between those persons authorized by ORTRACKM to provide advice or information to the user about the ORTRACKM system exists. Advice on individual problems outside of ORTRACKM access should be referred to a professional.

10. ORTRACKM currently contracts with MOREnet for a number of services. As part of ORTRACKM'S contractual arrangement with MOREnet, ORTRACKM and registered users of ORTRACKM agree to comply with the MOREnet Acceptable Use Policy. The MOREnet Acceptable Use Policy is considered a part of ORTRACKM'S rules for user participation.

11. The undersigned will not allow another person to use his/her User ID and password. You must sign this document to agree and become a registered user of ORTRACKM.
